Tracking your utility data is the first step to controlling your costs. By measuring how well your buildings are using energy and water, regardless of weather or time of year, you will be able to spot trends and identify opportunities to cut your consumption. But many housing providers don’t have the time or resources to collect and interpret their utility data. That’s where HSC’s Utility Management Program (UMP) can help!
UMP is an energy monitoring program built on EnergyCAP software. It helps you measure your buildings’ utility performance by:
- Collecting and entering your utility data into our online platform.
- Displaying your information through an easy-to-read dashboard with detailed building snapshots.
- Preparing quarterly email reports that show your utility performance trends over time, including sector-wide comparisons.
- Providing analysis and one-on-one support to help you interpret your data and identify where there is room to lower your consumption and save money.
