Affordable Housing Development Success Stories: Toolbox+ by Cahdco

In this webinar, Cahdco President, Graeme Hussey, and Toolbox+ Manager, Paige Wadock, will provide an overview of the Toolbox+ by Cahdco program. The program aims to increase the amount of affordable housing development across Canada and build capacity. The program teaches participating housing organizations about business, project risk assessment, land acquisition, funding and financing, and more.

The webinar will also feature interviews with two affordable housing developers who’ve participated in the Toolbox+ by Cahdco program. Panelists from Women’s Shelter’s Canada and Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF Canada) will discuss the projects they’ve created, the importance of team capacity in housing development and how they overcame obstacles to achieve success.
